Keeper is Fanatical about Data Protection and Security

Keeper has the longest standing SOC2 and ISO27001 certification in the industry. Keeper utilizes best-in-class security with a zero-trust framework and zero-knowledge security architecture that protects customer data with multiple layers of encryption keys at the vault, shared folder and record levels.

LastPass architecture only supports encryption at the vault level.*

Keeper Never Shares Customer Data with any 3rd Parties

Keeper Never Shares Customer Data with any 3rd Parties

Though Keeper leverages a third-party tool for dark web monitoring, at no time does Keeper share any customer data with the third-party monitoring service.

This is not true with LastPass, which shares email addresses with Enzoic, their third-party dark web monitoring service.*

Flexible capabilities for provisioning and managing users, roles and teams

Keeper’s node structure, in addition to teams and role-based permissions, allows enterprises to group, manage, and provision users at the business unit level. These nodes can be created based on location, department, division, or any other structure that makes sense for the organization. Nodes provide a method to organize users, roles, teams and administrators into groupings that can be independent from other nodes in the organization.

This additional organizational segmentation by node is not a capability that LastPass offers.*

Flexible and seamless SSO Integration

Flexible and seamless SSO Integration

Keeper SSO Connect authenticates and provisions users into their Keeper Vaults using any SSO identity provider. Keeper offers a customer hosted or fully cloud-based solution with zero-knowledge encryption and advanced security protocols.

When using LastPass Federated Login there is no offline access, no one-time password support, limited account recovery, and no MFA support in LastPass when integrated with an IdP*. All of these functions are supported in Keeper via SSO Connect without limitations.
