For a global SaaS business supporting major construction programmes, including customers in critical infrastructure and defence-adjacent environments, secure credential and privileged access management are essential. Asite needed a more centralized and enforceable approach to passwords, secrets and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Reliance on browser-based password managers limited visibility and control, increasing risk through password reuse and weak credentials. At the same time, previous secrets management and PAM solutions were costly and complex to deploy.
Beyond securing internal users, Asite also needed to extend the same level of protection to external partners and suppliers. The organization sought a secure, easy-to-use, centralized platform capable of supporting its full cybersecurity needs.

KeeperPAM delivers secure, auditable privileged access without exposing credentials, with centrally logged and recorded sessions to support investigations and regulatory requirements. It replaced Asite’s legacy PAM and secrets management tools with fast deployment and minimal operational overhead, while expanding coverage across additional systems.

Asite also standardized enterprise-wide password management with KeeperPAM, replacing browser-based tools and enforcing admin-controlled password policies to prevent credential reuse.
