How we integrate

Keeper Security's integration with Freshservice automatically converts Keeper-generated security alerts into Freshservice incident tickets via a protected webhook, allowing IT and security teams to manage threats directly within their existing Freshservice workflows. The integration supports custom priority mapping for different Keeper alert types such as BreachWatch password breach detections or privileged user behavior events so teams can triage and respond based on severity. It is available as an app on the Freshworks Marketplace and requires minimal configuration through the Keeper Admin Console.
