Keeper is pleased to release an updated version of our popular browser extension, which incorporates new productivity and user experience enhancements that our customers have been asking for. This includes a simpler, more holistic workflow when creating new records.
Easily Choose Which Email Address to Use for New Records
Between work, school, and our personal lives, nearly everyone has multiple email addresses these days. For example, many people use a separate email just for online shopping. We’ve updated our browser extension so that when users register for an account or move to login to a website they have no stored credentials for, they’re first presented with a list of possible email addresses to use for the login field.

Customize Your Strong Password
Some websites prohibit passwords over a certain length and/or don’t allow certain characters in passwords. After users select an email address, the new Keeper browser extension presents them with a customizable password creation field, so that they can ensure that their password is complex and unique, but abides by the website’s restrictions on length and characters.

Easily Store Existing Passwords
What if you already know your account password, and you just hadn’t stored it in Keeper yet? No problem! Just start typing, and Keeper will allow you to instantly save the information.

Save Credentials for Single-Page App Sites
Keeper’s latest browser extension update solves another pain point for users by allowing them to save credentials for single-page application websites, such as sketch.com, hubspot.com and thousands of similar sites.

New Folder Selection Feature
Saving your passwords into folders is a great way to keep all of your credentials organized. By popular demand, Keeper is excited to announce that our browser extension now includes a Folder Selection feature, so you can save a record directly to a private or shared folder without having to leave the current page. This highly requested capability is included in several workflows; look for it to be incorporated into other areas of the browser extension moving forward.

Easily Configure Autofill & Auto Submit Options
Finally, when saving new records, you can now directly set the “Autofill” and “Auto Submit” options straight away, without having to leave the page.

Prefer to set the same Autofill and Auto Submit options for every new record, without being asked each time? Just access the new “Autofill Suggestions” setting screen.

These new features are now available for all Keeper business and personal users running version 16.2.0 or later. To take advantage of these great new features, make sure you’re running the latest version of the Keeper browser extension.
