Keeper Security’s Risk Management Dashboard delivers a streamlined view within the Keeper Admin Console to quickly and easily give administrators visibility into their organization’s Keeper configuration practices and compliance posture.
The Risk Management Dashboard leverages an outlined set of Keeper Security Benchmarks to keep organizations compliant and safe. With an emphasis on enforcing least privilege and ensuring organizations embrace the highest level of security, Keeper consistently updates these benchmarks to ease security adoption and provide important information for admins. Key metrics for ultimate visibility
Keeper’s Risk Management Dashboard delivers a risk assessment score based on key metrics within an organization’s Keeper environment. These metrics include:
- Users who have logged in within the past 30 days
- Users who have accepted Keeper invitations
- Users who have created records
- Users with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) protected vaults*
*Only displays for organizations that are not SSO enabled as 2FA is traditionally done at the SSO level. Keeper’s Risk Management Dashboard automatically detects SSO environments and tailors the risk management level to your setup.
These key metrics are coupled with tools to visualize user adoption and streamline the onboarding of employees who are not in compliance with the organization’s security standards and recommended best practices. The Risk Management Dashboard helps admins configure Keeper appropriately and visualize organizational risk factors. A warning will display when an organization is low on licenses and provides the option to add additional licenses in-app for admin convenience.
Based on the risk level, admins are provided with simple and actionable steps to remediate security concerns and increase credential security across their organization.
As part of your overall Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) stack, Keeper’s Risk Management Dashboard helps automate the detection and remediation of misconfigurations in your Keeper products to enhance compliance and reduce the risk of cyber threats.
Simplified security benchmarking
As organizations adhere to the Keeper Security Benchmarks, they will show as completed within the Security Benchmarks section, with the critical items to resolve listed at the top. Admins have the option to ignore benchmarks that do not apply to their environment but maintain visibility of ignored items should the organization later choose to follow that benchmark.
Admins will be notified of new or updated benchmarks with visual cues next to the benchmark title. Clicking into the resolve and review area opens a modal explaining the recommendation for that item with links to detailed documentation around the topic, as well as a link directly to the section of the Admin Console where those settings need to be applied.
Contextual security alerts
Organizations leveraging Keeper’s Advanced Reporting and Alerts Module (ARAM) receive reports of key events in the Security Alerts tab. Events are displayed with the number of occurrences and unique users with a 30-day trend aligned to them, giving administrators more visibility into what’s happening with password security and how those interactions differ from the norm.
Furthermore, admins can click on the events to get additional data, including “last occurrence” and “users affected.” Reports can be downloaded directly from the detail tab for compliance or to share with team members for remediation.
Organizations without ARAM will receive access to limited information in the Security Alerts tab.
