Users on a Keeper Family Plan can share passwords and records with other family members once everyone has created a Keeper account. For families, using Shared Folders is often the easiest way to share and manage access to multiple records at once. You can also share a record one time with someone outside your plan, if needed.

To share a record with family members:

1. Open Keeper and go to Options > Sharing.
2. Choose the family member(s) you want to share with from the dropdown list, or enter their email address manually.
3. Select the appropriate permission level, then click Add.

To share multiple records using Shared Folders:

1. Create a Shared Folder.
2. Add the records you want to share into the folder.
3. Invite family members and set their permissions (view, edit or share).
4. Any updates to records in the folder will automatically sync for all members.

For a one-time share:

Use One-Time Share to generate a secure, time-limited link to a specific record that you can send to someone without permanently adding them as a shared user.
