How we integrate

The Keeper Security Freshservice Workflow app enables IT and security teams to fulfill Keeper Vault access requests directly from the Freshservice ticket sidebar without switching tools. Agents can search the Keeper Vault, configure share permissions, generate one-time share links and approve or deny EPM and Cloud SSO device requests all from within a ticket. All vault operations run through a customer-hosted Keeper Commander ServiceMode endpoint over HTTPS, ensuring Keeper credentials are never stored in Freshservice. Combined with the Keeper Security ITSM for Freshservice app, teams get end-to-end governed access management from automated ticket creation to fulfillment in a single auditable workflow.
