Keeper's Google Chat App workflow integration brings just-in-time access management directly into Google Workspace. This self-hosted integration runs on your infrastructure using Cloud Pub/Sub for real-time message delivery, eliminating the need for public endpoints or inbound firewall rules. Within Chat, users can request vault access to records and shared folders, request PAM resources, generate self-destructing external share links and add new secrets to folders they already have access to. Admins can approve these access requests, along with Endpoint Privilege Manager elevation and SSO Cloud device requests, all while maintaining end-to-end encryption that preserves Keeper's zero-knowledge model.
