Keeper Connection Manager (KCM) provides teams with instant remote access capabilities via a secure session, directly from a web browser. Gartner identifies several core Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities including monitoring and auditing, as well as privilege elevation and delegation. KCM provides Privileged Account Session Management (PASM) with support for RDP and SSH desktop protocols, database connections and session recording.

How Do Session Recordings Work in KCM?
KCM supports automatic screen recordings for each connection session. Recordings can be either a video recording of the session or, for certain connection protocols, a typescript recording of only the text sent to the client machine.
Now, KCM users have the Points of Interest feature to more quickly and easily identify where activity occurred during the privileged session. This provides administrators with a histogram showing the relative levels of activity in the session recording player, easing session auditing and providing quick compliance.
‘Points of Interest’ are shown in video recordings. Two graphs are shown displaying changes that would be visible to the user and input events received from the user, if present in the recording.
